I learned to fly at Bay Bridge almost 20 years ago and it's always been one of my favorite airports. It provides great access to the Eastern Shore and the staff is super friendly and helpful.
Hartley Saunders II (Forestville Oppa)
This is a General Aviation airport with helpful and friendly staff. There's no amenities aside from gas and private pilot supplies though there's a strip mall in the vicinity.

St Mary's regional is a 4100 ft strip much closer than baybridge
Commercially is probably BWI as it's the closest to that destination. But depending on the airline and airfare you might select Reagan or Dulles if you can get cheap ground transportation.
Hi Chad, I'm a pilot and I have a Cessna 172 (4 seats) at Bay Bridge Airport which is used by the flight school. I don't do commercial operations, however, if you call the flight school, they may be able to direct you to a commercial pilot. I don't know what you are looking for, but the flight school does offer a special introduction to flying and they can probably fly over some of the more scenic areas with you.
