The first service guy months ago did not know how to fix our icemaker even though he put in mostly new parts. Water would overfill the tray and spray all over the ice and it all became one huge ice cube. Same problem as before. So the new guy, Kyle, this last week, 0knew EXACTLY what to do. IT IS FIXED!!!! with just adjustments, no parts. He also did it fast. GIVE KYLE A RAISE!! Paul Placek
