Got turned away last night when I desperately needed a breathing treatment. Another employee said I was there to be tested for covid I said I am not. It's not covid. After the lady told me sorry we are no longer covid testing today. After I told her I was not there to be tested for covid she said well I recommend the app. To which it was 430. Nor does everyone have access to an app. Ended up in emergency room. Got my breathing treatment oh and guess what covid negative and its bronchitis.

Wouldn’t go here even if you are dying! The service they give us little to none they act like you are a bother being there and work on there time! Sat in the parking lot for a hour & half almost 2 hours got there at 8:20 didn’t leave til almost 10:50…just for a Covid test! Now a day later I wasn’t Covid positive I have a severe sinus infection yellow gunk immense pressure in my head and still can’t seem to get medicine!

Called about lab work and was told they lost my lab work, so they told me to come back in and retest. Why am I going to go back to the same place that lost my lab the first time, right? Then for me to call back and have Kimberly look into it, just to get a call back from Amy the first person I spoke to, to have her tell me they gave me the wrong test. I wanted to know who did my test, just to be hung up on by Amy. They don’t pay you to hang up on clients Amy. They all just need to be reeducated in health care, or reevaluated before hiring, you just hire anyone Ambient care? Like get it together “health care”. (Milford Office)

I went to ambient care today and wow Ms. Tyneshia (hope I'm spelling correctly) is an angel! from the moment I walked in the door which was as soon as they opened until the time I left she was welcoming and extremely helpful with my insurance. Dr. Robert was quick but thorough and got me on my way to recovery and feeling much better. Great place to go when your own doctor can not see you in a timely manner
