I called them because I needed the water shut off for an emergency we were having and Vince came over quickly and turned it off. He was super nice and helpful! I really appreciated the amazing service today.

Called to cutoff services, gave date of our move but cannot top billing us until they get someone out to read the meter which could be several days. So the people living there now get free water until they decide to send someone out. Plus lady had an attitude over the phone

Log on line go to your account, and under options go to edit information.
Depends if you are on a meter or flat rate. If you are on a meter it depends on how many gallons your pool is. You get 748 gal for one ccf your bill should tell you your rate per ccf. It will take a little math to figure it out but I hope that helps. You do not need to notify to fill it.
