will start this off by saying there was an incredibly helpful new guy that said he just started but was very courteous and caring about our stay. this is in complete opposite of the morning girl that works who when i called the next day about my pillows i left had informed me with absolutly no remorse or care, that the cleaning crew threw them away cause they thought they were trash. the reason i brought the pillows were because the pillows offered were of such poor quality. the room itself was pretty rough, only one light worked, the phone wouldn’t dial out (which morning girl treated us like we didn’t know how to dial a phone), furniture was broken, and to round it off there was an incident involving some women yelling in the parking lot that required 3 cops to settle the incident. will say that the air conditioner worked very well which is decently important for me. but at 80 bucks it’s to somewhat be expected

Guys, the front door glass is broken and patched up. The fence is falling over. I arrived at 7am and no sign of breakfast happening. I was a late arrival. I told them i would be. I received a very fair treatment considering they booked out and didn't charge me. So thankfully when i didn't arrive by 5am the system kicked me out as a no sho w no charge to my 6 DAY reservation. It was a blessing. I deserve a better place and so do you. Also the gps directions to drive up in the last minute where very awkward. It's pretty much a hole in the wall kind of place. The price w deposit was going to be $766 for 6 nights. I found a much nicer secure place for much less through the Booking Gods! Update: they charged my card $138! Had to talk w booking about reprimanding the place. They asked me to take pictures. The review b4 mine says he was treated bad. The manager's reply was 'we apologize' in one sentence and 'we will never apologize' in the next. I can see why someone would smash the place up.

Verified Hotel Guest

Positive: They gave me a non smoking room even though I had a pet. Negative: It¿s was dirty and falling apart. I took pictures of vents and stuff hanging off the ceiling. Didn¿t look like the pictures.

So, I was staying at this hotel for 1 night. Everything was great until I check out. When I check out at 11 AM, I was seating in my car looking for a restaurant since I’m not from the area, at 11:10 am this guy (manager) comes to my car asking if Im a guest, and I said I just check out that i was looking for a place to eat, he: “look for it some where else you not a guest anymore get out” .. I was like man relax I said I just check out …He: “there no relaxing I have the right, for my safety because you seating in your car in the parking lot by yourself” and I said, exactly! Because I was staying here and checked out 10 min ago. And then I just didnt want to argue anymore with someone that did not care. I just not going to stay here anymore.
