First time trying Chick-fil-A, as the name says we're from Canada. Joey helped us at the counter and by far the best experience we've ever had in fast food restaurant! Service was fast and food was even better 👍

Food & drive thru experience is consistent. Realistically the only thing holding back chick-fil-a from being a 5 star spot is their CEO… but that’s not at the control of this sole franchise location.

By far the best location on the Indy north side (including Hamilton County). Friendly staff, quick drivethru even during mealtime rush, and the only remaining location that let's you get your fries/sandwich well-done! Cant say enough positive things about this chickfila.

I have gotten delivery/takeout at least two dozen times from this location in the past year and a half. And not once have I gotten a full and proper fry order. Today I ordered a large, and I received a record low in terms of actual serving size (though not much smaller than the previous record). Does this look “large” to you? What are these, fries for ants? Considering none of my delivery/takeout orders have actually been wrong, which is impressive on its own right, I have to conclude that it’s not a quality control problem. The only alternative? They are actively sabotaging my fry orders. While I appreciate their commitment to public health, it’s the God-given right of all Americans to eat their fill of hot, greasy starches. To impede this right is disgraceful, and probably illegal. Speaking of public health, daily intake of a full serving of fries has been linked to quicker recovery from the omicron variant.* Please fulfill your patriotic duty (and make Truett Cathy proud) by FILLING UP the fry boxes. *research ongoing
