I used to like the staff here, but the front desk woman gave me false information twice in less than 10 minutes. Like it's not hard to call for help if you don't know. Thankfully the nurses stations were both better informed

This facility is good and has good nurses. My mother Juana was there during the covid close up and there was no visitors allowed, her CNA, Jennifer was very nice and attentive, also Lidia and I’m so grateful they were there because my mom only speaks Spanish, and not all of them takes the effort to try to understand what she was asking for in Spanish. All in all she got therapy for about a month and was discharged. Never had a problem there other that I wanted to visit but at the time it was not possible to do so. But Im thankful to all the staff there that helped my mom

Following the most restrictive phase of covid I was able to visit a family member and celebrate her birthday on the patio. The staff was very kind and caring and extended our visit since there were no other patients and visitors on the patio at the time. The staff went out of their way to make our birthday celebration special.

Worst experience ever! My father got admitted at this “Healthcare Center” yesterday, and has been by far the worst decision ever! Trusting that the people in this facility would attend to my fathers needs, and care for him! We discussed over and over what my dads needs were to the staff there, and his condition, so they as a staff are aware of my fathers situation. Not once was he attended since we placed my dad in that horrible facility, not once was he given water, not once was he asked if he needed anything! My sister walked in this morning, hearing my father scream for help, choking to death with his own phlegm’s. My fathers vocal chords are in so much pain now, since he was screaming for help all night, until my sister was there to help him. I asked my father if anyone went up to him during his whole stay there, and he said that not once was he checked up on! I informed the administrator that how is it possible that nobody checked up on him, and he had the audacity to question and say “how do I know that he wasn’t seen by anyone” when I had just expressed what my dad said. My dad’s condition is physical, not mental. My dad wanted to leave that place immediately since he was not taken care of! My dad trusted this place, trusted the employees, the leadership, to attend to his Terminal desease, and they failed him! If you have a beloved family/friend that is going through a terminal illness, do not place him/her in this Neglected Home, because that’s what this place deserves to be called, not a healthcare facility. This place does not even deserve one star! My dad is now in so much pain, thanks to this incompetent, and careless place.
