Awful! Rented a compact plus GPS for a four day wknd in Omaha for a family event. First they told me the didn’t have any GPS cars or a compact car for that matter. “Upgraded” me too a higher class of car which proceeded to break down the same day I picked it up! Then they told me they’re charging me for roadside assistance. Waited 2 hours and no one came to help me. Never again with Enterprise! The car is still broken down and I’m hoping they can get roadside assistance to me tomorrow. One of their agents who first booked the roadside service (which never arrived) actually hung up on me. I’ve never had a worse overall customer experience. Update: Kyle at OMA airport made up for my awful experience the next day. I originally reviewed and gave a 1 star. Kyle gets 5 stars because he actually cared about my customer experience and wanted to make it right. He brought me rating up for the company overall to 2 stars.

Availability is becoming more and more of an issue. I ended up renting 3 days from Avis before I could find an Enterprise rental within 50 miles of my location and I live within 25 miles of an Airport. The Customer Service experience which has always been excellent in the past has really fallen off the mark for my last few rentals with Enterprise

When I reserve a car with Enterprise it’s always easy and fulfilling. I never have any issues. Pick up and drop off are A1. My receipt is emailed to me right away. The employee even changed my vehicle because she noticed I was in a wheelchair and needed extra assistance. I always use Enterprise when I need a rental vehicle.

Be careful with your stuff when returning your rental car at this airport. They’re very dishonest.The car rental staff stole my Rayban sunglasses in less than 20 minutes from returning the car. I realized they weren’t in my bag and that I had left them in the little compartment in front of the shifter. I returned to where I dropped the car off rushing to try and make my flight and the staff lied to me saying the car was already taken to be cleaned (even though it was parked right there still and wouldn’t let me look for them) and just left me there. They only return items they don’t want. Enterprise “care” department is also worthless and just didn’t respond after reaching out from my initial review.

I haven't had this situation come up with this particular location, but have flown in to other airports pretty late and they accommodated me. I would say to call them in advance with your flight info and they will find a way take care of you.
If you have return flight just 20% deposit.
Credit card yes. Debit card not sure.
Get dropped off at the front and the airport signs should lead you straight to the rental place. It is all new and improved.
21 per my daughter but 25 if you dont want huge insurance expenses
I was by myself, but am sure you have to pay extra for multiple drivers When you dive in to return, look for the sign of your rental provider and you'll turn down that isle and there will be an area to pull your car up in When I was there, a person was there waiting, that inspected the car, got the keys, and finalized payment
