Beautiful facility. Clean, quiet. Think they upgraded our room? Talk about the lap of luxury! Teen granddaughter was WOW, as was I! Most amazing room in entire vacation 🙂. Would definitely come back! As in make this a destination 🤩.

The lobby is very nice. Front desk girl was so sweet. The room I paid for and was given had someone else's stuff in it and front desk wasn't sure if they were coming back. She put me in a small room suppose to be at a discounted price since they didn't have an available suite left that I booked. I still paid there full regular room rate. That was so small but nice. Bed was uncomfortable I couldn't get comfortable at all night. But might just be me. The breakfast was hot and good selection to choose from

Very disappointed in this stay. We were passing through and chose Best Western as we always do. The first room was not cleaned. The front desk lady was very apologetic and got us a new room. That room was tidy but our dog found a pile of chips under the bed, the shower curtain was dirty, there was a fecal stain on one bathroom wall and the heater did not work. The two sheet on the bed did not cut it.

Positive: Staff was friendly and very helpful at check-in/check-out and switching rooms for us as we had some difficulties in original room. They gladly upgraded us at no extra charge. Negative: Hotel needs to be remodeled and updated. Great staff doing the best they can with what they have to work with .... rates are pricey for the results.
