So I stayed there 1 night and was charged extra on my card. Called to find out why and they said I had a broken a lamp in the room which I did not break a lamp if i had broken the lamp i would have immediately told the front desk. I never did talk to the manager she had a worker call me and they were not going to call me in the first place. I didn't appreciate getting accused of breaking something and not even getting a call to inform me of the incident.

On arrival I was kindly upgraded to a suite. The room is exceedingly spacious, but certain aspects look a bit dated and could do with freshening up. Overall though, very satisfied and excellent customer service.

Positive: Hotel was easy to get to with plenty of parking. Negative: Kids were excited to go to pool. After seeing pool, it looked like fungis was growing all over the buttom. We and many other familes as we watched and ate breakfast opted out as well. Also the beds are harder then a rock.

The staff here went above and beyond for us. After a long frustrating and exhausting day travelling this place and its staff were a breath of fresh air. They took an awful day and provided a small ray of sunshine that helped more than they could possibly know. My pregnant girlfriend was miserable and in ears when we pulled up here. I went in and asked to book a room. The front desk agent was kind and helpful. When I asked about the cost of upgrading to a room with a jacuzzi, to surprise my poor distraught girlfriend, and the hopes of it being affordable I was surprised to hear one was available but because of our late check in at 11pm she was able to give it to us at a discounted and affordable rate. When we walked in my girlfriend's face lit up and all the stress and discomfort from the day melted away from her. For that I would pay and do anything to provide. There were a few hiccups with payment at check in but through it all her smile never wavered and she remained positive helpful and endlessly patient start to finish. The room was beautiful comfortable and clean. We passed out as soon as our heads hit the pillows and slept like the dead. Breakfast was one of a kind. I've never seen a breakfast spread like tha anywhere else and it was deli. If I could give a 10 star rating I would in a heartbeat. Thanks for an amazing stay. Front desk was amazing but house keepers were too notch as well. The cleanliness was amazing and we were left a sweet welcome note on the note pad in our room. Little things like that are what show incentive, good customer service, and a desire to personally ensure guest satisfaction. It also shows a love and pride for their job and employer and the attempt to ultimately help make them money and retain repeat guests. I hope whomever it is that they get acknowledgment for their hardwork and dedication.
