Stayed here 1 day 1 night. Over night staff was great very friendly. Pool was out of order during my stay. Rooms were worn and had some issues but had clean bathroom and bed plus wifi. (Lamp shade slightly damaged on 1 lamp and part of curtain set missing in room and 1 gum wrapper found on floor beside bed during check in) ceiling also leaking in the hall. Over all decent stay. Breakfast was good had cereal bar muffins juice coffee and hot eggs and sausage and waffle station.

Had no running water during my stay from 9 am- 6 pm. Was told to be grateful to not be in a 3rd world country. Staff besides the male front desk clerk were terrible! T.V. Did not work at all, staff told me to tough it out. Blood on bedspread and also on sheets, which appeared to have been slept in, coffee maker in room also didn’t work. Spoke with front desk agents about these issues and was told there was nothing they could do. I religiously had stayed here before this trip but would now never think about recommending to my worst enemy!

Staff was very friendly but the cleanliness of the hotel in general wasn't great. The pool area needs updating and a thorough cleaning the hot tub and sauna need to be maintenence like yesterday. I love the hot breakfast just wish it wasn't the same thing each and every day..

Positive: Convenient location. Lots of parking. Super hot SOFT water. Comfy beds. Snack machines. The front desk was always available. Breakfast was very good! Negative: It really needs remodeling. The staff do with what they can but they cannot rebuild an old hotel.
