Did mobile order w/ pickup via drive thru. Ordered 2 chicken sandwiches and 2 large fries -- after I was told to pull ahead to wait I got my order 25 minutes later. Wasn't busy. Could be short-staffed but definitely not fast food. Your experience may vary. Food was okay. Fries were warm and not crispy. Such a long wait I would expect hot and crispy.

The chicken wasn't ready and would take a while. They said the upside was that it would fresh. They didn't mention that they had already pulled and they would NOT be fresh. Also they didn't give me the bacon we paid for. Or the dipping sauce that we ordered and was on the receipt. I forgot to mention the fries were over salted.

I had to wait in the designated "waiting" spot after going thru the drive thru and simply ordering 3 shakes plus a medium fry. I wouldn't complain but I waited for over 20 minutes. In my opinion they should have better time management skills and train their employees accordingly.

Absolutely hands down the worst McDonald's I've ever visited. (I never thought I would find one that was worse than my hometown) It took 5 minutes before we even seen a worker to be able to place our order, there was trash all over the place, sticky stuff all over the drink counter and pop machine. I asked for sauce that was forgotten along with a fry after it took them another 15 minutes to get us our food.
