Great place will be staying again people at the front desk went above and beyond to help me with checking in and the lady that checked me out was amazing!!! She also went above and beyond. Setup my rewards for me something she didn't have to do and that was amazing!

Front desk seemed annoyed when I asked for a room off of the first floor. Then checked into room and had a dirty washcloth still hanging from the shower curtain rod from the last person. Told front desk about it and they were very apologetic. It was an otherwise "ok" hotel stay.

We had a lovely time last weekend. The entire staff was kind and helpful. Each member answered all of our questions and made us feel right at home. We stayed here in Fort Dodge to go Geocaching and check out the area shops. We were very pleased with our stay. The room was clean and very comfortable. We will return. Thank you!

The ladies that work at the front desk make this hotel feel friendly, and they are super helpful. I have stayed here several times, and I’m terrible with names, but the moment I realized this was when, days before I was scheduled to arrive, I got a phone call from one of the ladies who works there. She called to ask if I was still scheduled to arrive on the date I had booked because, apparently, the main reservations page had cancelled my booking, but the hotel webpage still showed me scheduled to arrive. I told her that I was, and thanked her for calling to ask before she completely cancelled my reservation. I would have driven seven plus hours w/o knowing my reservation had been cancelled. The ladies are quick to extend our stay, give us a late checkout, or answer any questions we may have. Highly recommend this hotel for the staff of ladies alone.
