Is improving with new owners. They are getting rid of older homes and getting new ones. Also cleaning up the empty spaces. But there are still WAY to many stray CATS!!!

Terrible management. They lie about talking to renters on legal documents. And constantly raise the lot rent. They tell you to pay your bill online so they stopped checking the drop box until after the 5th and by then they charge you a $50 late fee. Avoid at all costs this place is bad business.

People are nice but the management is crapy. They don't even live around here and raise the prices my friend just got the trailer in his name and they are taking him to court for the past due bill. Stupid they should only be able to charge him for how ever long is been in his name.
