Worst service for an ISP I have ever experienced for my home and business. I'm too frustrated to even begin to go into detail all the issues I have had with them. Can't wait for them to go out of business when Fort Dodge gets Fiber Internet.

I wished I had A TV mine went out 4 months ago so I don't get to see tv.. live on $540 2wks pay bills get on lowhousing 425 but landlord needs his pay so he raised his half $525w/ a shed...

Should be back up now, night maintenance.
I have been waiting for my internet to be repaired for at least 3 wks now. I have waited 2 afternoons for in home techs. This last Sat. I was told problem is outside the home and would be repaired on Mon. I am getting very upset ! What is going on ?
