I shopped at their store and came home without one of my items. I literally called the Brier Creek Target store over 15 times and could not get anyone to answer a phone. I called the call center and the call center could not even get anyone to answer the phone. This is unacceptable to not be able to call back to a store in regards to missing one of your items. If their phone is broke they need to get it fixed.

This location wasn't accommodating as advertised when it came to handicapped accessibility. Per the sign at the park a call could be made to guest services to get a electric cart, however the phone rang & rang with no answer. In addition after shopping for an hour or so, when it was time to check out there was no cashier serviced registers open only self-check out was available & the line had at least 20 customers waiting. Definitely not a good customer experience

Been here a couple times. Not too much in every section. Trying to get somethings I want that target.com has but my nearest store(which is this one) does not have. Another target has it but it’s like 35-45 min drive. I’ve heard really bad reviews on online ordering from target. Don’t have time for that drama!
