I have been frequenting this Grocery more often lately and had a truly wonderful experience Sunday. I had the pleasure of looking through the floral section for a bouquet. Thea spoke up and asked me if I needed any help. She was more than happy to help me pair smaller bouquets to make a lovely picnic bouquet for later that day! She went above and beyond to make sure I received exactly what I was looking for and that the bouquet would last in the heat. I will definitely be back! Thank you Thea!

This is the second day in a row where I’ve stood at the bar, waiting to be served and no one came over. Today I had 2-3 employees look over at me then quickly turn away. After waiting 15-20 minutes I finally left. Sadly, this will probably be my last time coming to this location again. If I go to a Lowe’s Foods it’ll more than likely be the one closer to my boyfriend’s house.

I went to Lowes tonight to get a few things. I went to the one line that had a checker and she was busy any the girl beside her said she would take me. A very attractive dark skin girl. She checked me out and she asked another guy to bag for her. I used my debit card and got $50 extra. The got off at 8:30, so when I got home I didn’t get the receipt or the $50. I checked all the bags, emptied my purse and I just did not get it. I called the store and the girl in customer service checked the drawer, she found my receipt and it did show that I got fifty extra, but she said the drawer was not over. I did not get the $50, so who do you think got the fifty since the cashier didn’t come up short. Since I didn’t get receipt or money, SOMEONE took it. ?????I have never had this happen at Food Lion, or Harris Teeter, but IT DID happen at Lowes.
