My shopping experience was wonderful, the employees were very attentive and helpful. Many knowledgeable ladies that helped me select the right items.

There was 1 woman that helped me and was very kind..she began to help others while I shopped..I went to another part of the store and there was another woman in the pink section. Checkout woman was nice too. Very clean place. Organized. Smelled like angels.

I went to this location to purchase 3 Victoria's secret bras. My visit started off pretty good. The salesperson was very polite and very informative but unfortunately they had nothing in my size. 36D was sold out in almost every bra that I was interested in. The sales lady did inform me that I could do a delivery for 1 of the bras I was really interested in. When I got to the register the cashier was rude & felt rushed. I'm a woman of a certain age and have been a customer of Victoria's secret for many many years now and the service is nothing, I mean nothing like it used to be. Some of these young people have no customer service skills. Victoria's secret needs to get on their training and teach these young people how to use respect and manners when dealing with customers. I will not be returning to this Victoria's secret location.
