Visited today! As a first time dog owner I had a ton of questions and they answered all of them and took the time to make me feel like we mattered. My dog and I loved it and the care we recieved. I feel so much better after visiting and getting my questions answered. Will definetly recommend them to anyone!! Thank you!! Years later and I still go here with our dog. I can't say enough great things about Dr. Loftin and his staff. All of the vet techs are great. I can call with a concern and I never feel like I am bothering them. They always respond and get to the bottom of your issue. And the cost of everything is very reasonable!!

Very professional friendly employees. Genuinely care about your animals and won’t try to break your wallet. You can also go in with your pet! They fit me in same day. I did not have wait in the car! The location is a beautiful too. They didn’t try to make me pay for a bunch of test or medications just did what was needed. I didn’t feel that way at North County Animal Hospital I felt like just another number there and they always tried to milk it. My friend also had great experiences from whipple creek. After trial and error at 3 different vets in the Vancouver area, we were recommended to Whipple creek. They are AMAZING. Very attentive, and HONEST. We are beyond pleased with the care and friendliness the staff provides. They have taken care of our puppy, our senior dog and our house lion (chubby cat) wonderfully. They actually enjoy going to the vet for once!
