It's a comfortable place to visit people are friendly most of the tenants are long-term which makes it safe best of all barbecues on my friend's front porch you can still hear the ocean which makes for perfect Gold Beach life living the dream

While I haven't actually stayed here, I live in the town and drive by it nearly every day, it looks like a great place to stay. I suppose it could be fairly windy but that's expected when you're camping in sight of the ocean.

If what you need is a cheap place to lay your head for a night and don't need to sleep, this is for you. I reserved for a month, to await the arrival of my newest granddaughter. Things happened that I was offered and accepted employment within the first week of being in town. During my six day stay, there was not a single night, all night long, that my neighbor was not without company for more than ten minutes. No one checked up to ask if anything was amiss or anything. They sure came to take our money in a timely manner. The shower room was clean enough but smelled terrible every time I went to shower. The park is very close to the beach and within walking distance of anything you'd want to do. Which is it's ONLY saving grace. The park itself is dirty, rusted nails, cigarette butts and dog poo littered our site. I would not recommend this park and, after paying five hundred dollars for a six day stay, will not return. I'd sleep in my truck before I'd stay here again.

Great little RV Park, this is my second stay here. I'm a traveling nurse who works nights, Lisa the manager found me a quiet spot in the park where I slept during the days. Everything is within walking distance within the town, even the beach. The park is well maintained and your neighbors as well as the manager's husband are very helpful if you need information about the area. Thank you Lisa for always treating your guests/tenants with respect and warmth!

I personally did not see any pull through. But I do know permanently monthly rates are. Around 350 a month for an RV. That includes water garbage sewage electricity. And this would be at Anglers RV Park. Yes it is about 4 miles up river on Jerry's Flat Road. $ 350.00 per month for permanent housing
