I'm not sure where to begin with this place. to start... the wind is something else here. can't really enjoy sitting outside for any long periods of time it's so windy. absolutely no canopies or awnings. the park itself is pretty basic. we paid for an Oceanview but there isn't one in some spaces you can see the channel where the boats come in. lots of fisherman fishing. the rec room has some chairs and books that's about it. I couldn't really get much sleep with the wind rattling everything and rocking the motorhome. great spot for the night if your doing Jerry's jet boats it's within walking distance. the field next to us was full of dog poo but I would assume that's because there seems to be no leash requirements which is nice if you want to let your dog run free the beach is also within walking distance. not a bad place just basic and ugh did I mention the wind 😏

The staff is just great. The park is very good but could use some updating but will return again and again.

We had a great time here! The only thing was that you can't really see the ocean & the river at the same time from your site but that was ok we could hear it! Perfect spot to just stroll over & walk the beach, treasure hunt or let the dog's run. Friendly staff as well.

We didn’t stay there but we were on our way home when our trailer broke. After trying several places to find a spot and power to make our repairs we stumbled onto this place. The folks working there late on a Sunday afternoon were kind enough to allow us a place and power to make our repairs. I can’t express how big of a deal this was for us. They wouldn’t accept a dime from us either, we tried and they refused. I’m certain that they operate with the same kindness and caring. I would definitely stay there if we camped like that after this experience.
