Since management change it looks like a ghetto. Currently have had no hot water all day... Not expected until tomorrow....maybe. Elevator is dirty as is the laundry room...haven't seen maintenance around in over two months...

(KAYLA) IS THE WORST OFFICE MANAGER I HAVE SEEN. Since I moved in, I've had 3 different managers. I'm not sure what is going on in management. Last summer the heat was running 24/7 I cannot control the temperature or even turn it off , I called them they came, and they cut the wire off, and I called them to come and fix it they never did. KAYLA is the most unprofessional person in the office. I send many requests to fix the heat before it get cold, and she closes the request, and she claims that’s someone came and fixed, and they never did. Now I am home, and it got cold and no cares.

We definitely had a pest problem when we moved in. That being said, the building has been very effective in taking care of it. We haven't seen a roach in months. The location is absolutely amazing. The easy access to the shopping center and Utah park will be something we really miss when we leave. The amenities are pretty average for what we're paying and the increase in rent doesn't really make it worth it. It's a fine place to live for a while but we are definitely ready to move on.

Joliet Towers is a great transitional place but it isn't the best for long term living. The amenities are very basic and the outside looks run down; however, the basics ARE nice, newer appliances and such. Also, they're going up on rent prices, which isn't worth it when you consider what you get for your money other complexes are comparable and have laundry rooms and more square footage ( my current 1 bedroom has 150 more square feet than my 2 bedroom there) . The plus' are that its in a convenient area and the staff is nice. Some people reported bed bugs and cockroaches, I never had either in my apartment.
