Don’t like it here. Honestly can’t wait to move the F out. So many roaches in the kitchen, bathroom, coming out of the toilet and shower drain, it’s making me sick. Don’t even tell me to call office. For what? They still come back cause people like to live with roaches I guess. And to hear the pest control tell me again how this apartment complex is nasty ? Honestly think they should tell everyone to spray each room and to clean up their messes.

Gina is the only good thing about the place. Other staff are rude and kinda sketchy. Stay away, once you sign the papers you are stuck. Also recently people from 6th Ave gas station walk through the apartment and check doors to see if it's unlocked. Happened again 2 days ago.

Worst place I have lived. They never fix anything. They always do "apartment checks" and you have to lock your animals up while at work for the 3 days they say they might be there. If you do need drugs they have them in the back FYI. Overpriced but they continue to raise rent every month. Also kids/people in the neighborhood vandalised multiple cars in the last year. They also changed their name recently to try to hide the past.
