I used to go here every week for a car wash. Just found out last week that they do not plan on bringing back the ability to use a card for the car wash. Super inconvenient because I don’t always need gas or want to go inside. Now that I know this I won’t be going anymore. For car washes or gas. You also can’t use a debit card for anything. Have to run it as credit. Not a big deal but it’s annoying when you have developed a habit over years of doing it one way.

wed 9/9 picked up drinks and ice for work crew a little after 4AM older gentlemen with manager tag was extremely rude. I drive 2 hrs each way and work 10hr shifts and don't need his bad attitude first thing in the morning. I'll stop somewhere else from now on.

Purchased a car wash this Sunday inside, then realized there was about 20 vehicles in line and I didn't have time to wait. I asked for a refund, and was told I could just take it to a different Holiday store and if I went inside they would give me a different code for their car wash, so I agreed. Went to a different Holiday store today on King - cashier was super rude and said they can't do that. Called this location back and he said that they can do that but since they wouldn't I could drive back all the way back to that location for a refund. Terrible customer service.

Bathroom out of soap, employee restocking chips seemed very bothered when I asked for help. She also tried to pawn the request onto another employee and tried to argue with me. On the plus side, the bathroom was clean and the other employees seemed nice.
