I did what I thought would be a simple exchange of an item when it turned into a long process but worked out. Shopped a little found a few things for my family! The lay out of the store is a little different than the one I usually shop at in Colorado. But hey Love old Navy since 1994 yeah....

Do not waste your time shopping or applying to this place this is the second time I got stood up by the manager of not showing up to the interview. The first time that I went to the interview I waited 25 minutes and nobody came up to interview me. The second time I waited 10 minutes and The manager still didn’t show up. Absolutely rude and disrespectful to waste somebody’s time like that twice! If I could give zero stars I would. Very unprofessional.

I purchased a black pair of women jeans came home and washed them then I put them on and the zipper zipped up nice then it unzipped from the bottom and got stuck so I took the back and sense I washed them they would not return them I said I all wash my jeans before I wear them other wise you will have colored legs if you don’t. I told the lady I guess I’m finished shop their, so now I’m out the price of the new jeans I can’t wear and the price to see if I can get them fixed. It was the first time I shopped their and now the last time.

These were the bathrooms today. Absolutely disgusting. The store was a complete disaster. I doubt I'll be going back.
