This place is the worst. Feels like a prison; no unblocked windows, nothing to do, concrete walls and mandatory scrubs. There are much better options in massachusetts.

Hi my name is Jamari and i attended this program and it's a nice and clean inviorment. Even doe some staffs can't be trusted. I was sent to the hospital once from the center because of seizures and they kept a my 14 kt gold necklace and said they donated it but didn't have any proof of that and kicked me out the program because i told them anyone that was involved in my necklace being donated that i was going to report them. And they kicked me off they premises. Since then I have never set foot on they're program anymore

I have very likely been to nearly every program in Western and Central Massachusetts, and this one was the best by far. Great staff, professional, friendly and compassionate, and they maintain a positive and relaxed atmosphere while enforcing rules, i.e. fighting, fraternizing (if ur looking for a detox hookup, look elsewhere, people there are there for recovery, and basic politeness hh you all the help and support you need, both in-house and if you wish to go on to further treatment. Highly recommend them.

They open at 8 am.....yes couples are accepted once your in...so I suggest u call for a female bed .he calls for himself n hopefully two beds are open for y'all at the same day.....there was 3 couples when I was there for 7 days... Plus there's the after care upstairs too....I didn't knw at the time , is close at 5...once there you can crash in d lobby, till there's a 🛏️...im just saying, depends ur situation ...some are homeless and they stay put to get their bed, like my roommate, she came w/ her man..fr. the streets,l ucky they had two beds ....ITS ALL ABOUT CALLING EVERY DAY , EVERY 2HRS.... GOODLUCK , 4 WHOEVER IT MAYBE. . BLESSINGS

I think it's 9am till six. I suggest you go early and no matter what don't leave. I stayed there all day and finally got a bed after closing. They let me stay inside to wait. It's hectic but don't give up. It's a pretty good place.
I know they have a lot of stuff that people leave behind. My son was there and needed shoes and they had him pick thru a bunch of stuff.
