I'm very appreciative of the help that places like this provide but I keep getting different information from different staff members. My heat is included with my rent so when I received my approval letter it said I would have check by end of March, another staff lady said definitely by 3rd week of April, another staff person gave me some excuse about keeping people warm even though it's 80 degrees out, anyway, last week of April and no check so landlord thinks it's bull. Just don't get how no one can give you the correct answer...

I left 3 messages over 3 weeks and never heard back. Guess they don't really care about helping people that much.
I moved in and the last person moved out and now they want proof of her new address to take her off the application. Where can I find the form to give to my landlord so he can verify that she no longer lives here because we can't get ahold of her?
