If you read the fake positive review and are dumb enough to believe it especially when it seems to conveniently refute the negative review about old maitenance guy and jason paying people to write positive reviews then you deserve to sign a lease with Jason and suffer the day you move in.folks if ur dumb enough to not figure out that damon was paid by jason to write a fake review praising him ,the new maintenance guy then u deserve to rot here..i mean doesnt that review by damon sound too convenient attacking the real negative reviews ..who does that?:)damons review is the one that needs to be taken down as false advertising folks Jason works here because he cannot as a college droput find work anywhere else and he will USE you while you count the days on your calendar for the lease to end that you shouldnt have signed in the first place after noticing the fishy positive reviews that im trying to warn you about. Jason has to be taught a lesson he will never forget and unless he makes amends,BIG TIME to ALL the people he has wronged .His ONLY hope is rectify ALL the mistakes he has done and we all know that it's too much but he has to make a start somewhere ,sometime and since he has nowhere to go in terms of goals or ambitions he might as well start coz he is stuck working this old moth eaten apartments for the rest of his life..He should stop charging residents fake due when they are living here and when they move out..maybe people in tulsa will stop talking bad about him behind his back jason grow up ..ur in ur 40's now...stop trying to rip off ur tenants whn they are in ur care and even after they move out...u still havent realized that its important to be nice to ur past residents...i remember when one of my friends moved out and asked joson for a reference for his next apartment place and Jason took a week on purpose to do that and even made sure to mention the one time my friend paid rent a day late! jason learn to be nice to ur past residents and DO EVERYTHING u can to appease ur past residents..AND FOLKS DONT FORGET TO GET RENTERS INSURANCE..ASK JASON WHY:)

seriously folks? how many people do u know that would post a review praising a landlord before move in? rofl..and that mentions the landlord by name..lol..desperate times call for desperate measures i guess..unless he rights all his wrongs BOTH past and present where he attempted to rip off tenants with his unscrupulous tactics(he know what it is and should try to give money back to people he wronged) he is going to find it harder to market this dump..this place is a dump and the change of management without change of landlord isnt going to make things any better...cant wait to move out myself..counting the days!

Been planning on moving here shortly, and I've been highly satisfied with talking and negotiating with Jason. He's been informative of everything he's doing during the application process and with answering all questions that I have asked during this time. The complex has always been clean and well kept for its age, and the tenants that my roommate and I have passed by have always been nice and pleasant too. I'm excited about moving in and can't wait!

I've never had an issue with break ins, bed bugs, or "white trash" neighbors. Jason has been with the complex over 10 years and that says something. I haven't had any issues since moving in January of this year. It's a pet friendly place with strict rules on who is allowed to live here and what you're allowed to place outside. You won't see couches or trash bags sitting out front. You're not going to meet anyone that is downright hateful. They are wonderful here and I'm so glad I decided to move in here!

It's not income based as in public housing/section 8 but you do have to have a verifiable source of income that would cover rent. They also ran a credit check. There should also be several 2 bedroom units open.
