This complex attempted to weasel out of returning my security deposit. I applied and was approved on February 11th. I heard excellent things about property management and the complex overall. Everything looked great during my tour with Rolanda. I provided a $200 security deposit. In early March, I discovered my future plans were no longer set in stone, so I informed Rolanda on March 9th I could no longer move in on May 1st. I understood the $150 I paid for the application and admin fee wasn't refundable, but I asked when I could pick up my security deposit. She told me "Unfortunately the security deposit is not refundable 24 hours after the approval." 1) There was zero mention of this when I filled out the application. 2) Anyone familiar with Oklahoma landlord/tenant laws knows this is a ridiculous reply since I never moved in. I ended up getting it back after a lengthy email, but the fact I even had to do that and briefly thought I would have to go to small claims is absurd. Who knows how many others they've used that excuse on. Very sketchy behavior from a supposedly reputable complex. I advise caution.

I have lived at Harvard Terrace almost 2 yrs now and this is the BEST apt experience I've ever had !!! Not to mention the staff...Rolanda goes above and beyond to show you that she cares about you as a person and as a part of the Harvard Terrace community...She really treats me and my son like family and is always willing to work with me on whatever I need ..She's the sweetest !! The maintenance guy Bruce is amazing .. fixes all issues very quickly .. I don't think I'll ever move from here ..they proly would have to throw me out first ! lol ha ha

We moved to Harvard terrace at the end of last February and my roommate and I love it. The staff is incredible and are so accommodating to your needs. This past week there was a leak and it was fixed within 48 hours: patch, paint and all. The storm last month knocked out the AC and even though it was past office hours, Rolanda picked up the phone and Bruce, the maintenance guy was out to fix it within the hour. My pup absolutely loves our place and the plenty of walkway. If you are considering Harvard Terrace, take a tour and you'll fall in love!

This is an INCREDIBLE apartment complex. Only 4 units per building so it’s cozy and homey. The staff is amazing. Maintenance requests get taken care of usually within 24 hours and Rolanda is so sweet and accommodating. It’s a very pet friendly place and there is lots of green space for furry friends (and a dog park is going in soon!) I recommend this place to everyone I know because it’s been such a pleasant living experience!
