Don't bother. I work as a pilot and got stuck in SF with the virus as identified by a rapid test. I made an appointment for a lab test as required by my employer. There was no one at the location at the appointed time, They didn't answer their phone or chat. Onpoint must be some kind of FRAUD. This is likely some fly by night bunch of slobs looking to cash in on the COVID misery. Go to a reputable firm. I'm going to determine who regulates them and file a complaint. Follow up: go to City Health Urgent Care instead. It took 10 minutes and I got the results in 14 hours.

Horrible place! DO NOT BOOK your test here. At the time of booking the appointment they haven't updated their "new address". Showed up at the wrong location and then had to drive to the new one. Very unprofessional location, messy and dirty , this is not legit. We need to report this testing site ASAP! Paid $149 for a PCR test needed to attend a company event. They don't specify result will come in "3 business days". It was a complete disaster, please avoid the stress and headache and book your test somewhere else.

Go anywhere but here. They were behind by over 30 minutes. Results for 3 of us not back for over 3 hours. They couldn’t find mine and after 5 hours and multiple calls, a missed flight, and a lot of stress not knowing why the results weren’t sent, finally came from a totally different lab. Gemma and the customer service agents were excellent but really no reason for all the stress and escalations. Overall terrible experience at the downtown San Francisco location and highly recommend you find a different lab.

SCAM! Please report this place since it does not provide the advertised service. Waited for almost 2 hours (appointment at 8 am) and nobody showed up. They kept saying by the phone to different people that eventually someone would show up, but wasn't true. If you require urgent services for travel please go to another place and report this place to the relevant authorities
