visited this garden multiple times during my two week stay in san francisco. close to everything, plenty of seating, multiple different settings. you can sit on a bench in near the grass or climb some stairs to sit atop the water fountain, or by the flowers. great place to work remote or read a nice book.

Great place to check out. It has some great spots for an evening walk, and just relaxing. There is also bowling and ice skating - which is super cool! Definitely recommend for you to check out this place!

Seemingly in the middle of everything in the Financial District. This place is very photogenic. Different Museums across from here in every direction. Also, nice place to bring a lunch and sit out people watching. Nice watch fixture in the middle and a Target right there also.

This was such a find! A large, lovely park behind the Metreon Center with a beautifully landscape, hilly area below with trees, benches and a pavilion. Then there's a walkway past the HUGE waterfall that leads thru flower gardens, an infinity style pool where storks and gulls splash and ends at a lookout with stellar views of the city.

Yes, there's a fantastic playground called Yerba Buena Children’s Garden, which has some of the coolest slides you'll find in the Bay Area. Also an ice skating rink.

As of October 3, 2018, the area surrounding is under construction. The easiest way to the park, I've found, is the elevator located on the north side Folsom of (between Fifth st and Mabini). There are also stairs located immediately to the left of the elevator. The park may also be accessible near the carousel on Howard and Fourth.
