This is fraud - i paid 99$ dollars and never received a result. Should have recognized this when observing how the did the test and that they took the sample and pushed it back into the packaging and not the reaction liquid. Don't go here.

Bad experience. Location and stuff are great. But I didn't get the labs on time and I had to cancel my dentist appointment and pay fee for that. No matter how people serve you at the location. You just need to get actual job done from the labs. Would not recommend - if you need test for some impostor stuff. Flights, appointments, job, school - dont go there.

My girlfriend and I got an appointment here to get tested for COVID as we are planning to travel to Hawaii. Getting an appointment was a bit of an issue as there’s a 72 hour requirement. Luckily we were able to get one as 2 slots opened up when I was checking randomly. The appointment itself was a breeze. The location was easy to find. First we had to check in by providing our insurance and identification. Next we had to answer few questions to make sure we didn’t have any symptoms and such. Here, we asked whether we should get a 24 hour rapid test but the lady suggested it wouldn’t be necessary as they have a lab locally in the Bay Area which doesn’t get a lot of test specimen. The 3rd and final step was the test which was straight forward. Overall it was fast and simple.

I was able to sign up for a test 5 minutes before my appointment time, intake was fast and smooth, got a rapid PCR test with results in 8 hours on a Saturday, which was a pleasant surprise.

Thank you for contacting us! Patients with no insurance can self pay which is $250 for a rapid PCR, $149 for a PCR, $129 for a rapid NAAT test and $99 for an Antigen test.
It seems like they do walk-ins on certain days, or at certain times, but don't disclose that online. I went on Saturday and was told "no walk-ins", but on Monday morning (9:30am) they had an entire lineup just for walk-ins. If you need a test within a time limit, I wouldn't rely on this, but it's worth noting.

There is no one to talk to. I made my reservations on line got my confirmation and showed up. Because im in Hawaii i did it through the Hawaii Safe Travel website.
It can take up to 48 hours. They email it to you.
In the three times I have been here, nobody has questioned if I was there at my specified time. (I came a couple of hours after the scheduled appointment.) They registered me without issue or hassle. I don't think you will have a problem if you all go at the same time.
