Incredibly clean movie theatres. I saw Thor Love & Thunder this morning at 10am. If you're watching a 10am movie, you can get to the theatre on the Bloomingdale side of the mall (Mission St.). One of the four Bloomingdales doors are open which lead to the elevators on the right so you dont have to wait until 10am when the mall opens. Everyone working here were very friendly and helpful. The XD theatre was very spacious and comfy, couches reclined and made it worth it. I'll definitely be back!

Great theater, easy to get into and the reclining seats are very comfortable. The audio is great and it’s a good experience

I don't get to enjoy myself very often because I'm always busy. I went, I drank, I played games, I watched fantastic beasts, I relaxed. It was a pleasant experience... Several months later... I keep going back. I don't understand why it is so empty these days. I get that sf is expensive but the place is clean, they serve alcohol, it's in a mall, I get that there's a pandemic and streaming services exist now but tbh the theater is an experience you just can't get at home.

I witnessed a despicable display at this theater. On June 29, 2022, I was in the concession stand trying to get a drink when a female employee was refilling her Starbucks cup with one of the fountain drinks. To me, that’s a bit unprofessional. I proceed to purchase my drink and continued to watch a movie. Once my movie finished, I came out to the lobby and saw that a manager was “attending” to a customer in a wheelchair by making negative remarks about them being in a wheelchair and was pulled back to prevent her from getting physical. I can only assume that they were a manager as she wasn’t in uniform and was assisted by other managers, who were wearing casual clothes. I believe that that was not a way that anyone should be talking to a guest. I mean, ableist comments!? In 2022? The management is crazy.
