Super friendly and helpful staff! They had everything I needed and were patient and courteous the whole time.

When I parked in front of their store and called to order items, the guy didn’t allow me to take a look at the two options they have in store before I pay. As soon as I said I wanted to take a look and decide which one to get, he insisted that I came in the store myself and mentioned he paid $30 plus for parking so I shouldn’t be concerned with parking fee. Very sad that the customer service here is going downhill. Used to be my favorite hardware store.

They literally have everything. They don't have 4'×8' sheets of plywood but they save me from having to travel to Lowes for everything else.

Went there to get a set of keys made and was pleasantly surprised to see a fellow veteran I served with at Travis AFB working there. After a brief catching up, he sent me to the back of the store where key shop is. Gave my keys to the technician and less than 5 minutes I had a new set. Paid about $7 for them. Service was good, great at their job, quick turnaround and the price was reasonable.

I don't think they do. I didn't see ear candles when I searched their shopping website.

As far as i am concerned, in my opinion you would have to either look up tools for rent, or go to a Uhaul where they sometimes lend out bolt cutters for a reasonable deposit and signing off on a waiver of liability for injury. With so much personal injury lawsuits businesses have no choice but cover their bases and backsides. You could also lurk around truckstops and check with mechanics for secondhand used tools. Semi drivers sometimes "misplace" their own bolt cutters. As a CDL driver i would find bolt cutters abandoned or see them fall off of trucks pulling out all the time. If you dont mind them being run over a few times, they still cut just fine.
No, they do not cut glass.
