I purchased two items online labeled as 'Made In Morocco'. What I received was two items 'Made In India'! I would not have minded that but one was mis-labled as size Medium & was actually XSmall & the other was very poor sloppy crooked stitching with a hole from a previous tag pulled. Bait & Switch is Business 101 false advertising. When I went to return it, the Saleswoman never even apologized.

Closing fitting rooms to stop covid is not a science based practice nor is refusing to let someone try on a pair of pants outside of their sweat pants. Why not just stay closed and have your customers shop online?

Simply the worst customer service experience! I went in to exchange a pair of pants for the exact same pair but a smaller size. I made the purchase online and didn’t make it within the 30-day window. The manager (Jaclyn) absolutely refused to make any accommodation. I said if I didn’t have a receipt she would have simply made the exchange without any questions - then she proceeds to tell me that she can give me a credit for $22 although the pants were clearly $49. Jaclyn, you have no business being a manager or being in retail customer service. You’re clearly not qualified to handle customers or make any accommodations to someone who spends thousands of dollars a year at Zara. I’m so disappointed. Never shopping here again!

Cute modern cheap clothes. The clothes are very trendy and cheaply made. The brand is European and so is the styling and fit of the clothes. I give them only 1 star because the clothes don't last and they have bad customer service. They tend to look great when brand new. After a couple of washes... Also absolutely no price adjustments. Not even a gift card. I just can't recommend them.
