I've been shopping there for a few years now. They have a variety of items to add a personal touch to your home from closet organizers to kitchen cabinet devices and layouts that redefine convenience. Or they have Simply Human kitchen trash bins that are sensor activated Believe me that's extremely helpful and convenient If like me you find that 2 hands leave you one short, They have a variety of metro shelving That come in 3 grade levels From normal To professional And last totally insane like your stacking elephants. Of course if you're Like me you never know when you may need to stack a couple elephants in your kitchen , it made sense when I pick those of course just in case. The staff there is extremely helpful and friendly. You may surprise yourself with the ideas you come up with.

This is my first online review ever, I just had to write since the experience was so terrible. I ordered a plastic box Aug 16th, from sending me the wrong items to having trailers failing to pickup shipments, to calling the store twice, I finally received my item almost a month later. There's just no reason it should take that long considering their store is located 10min drive from my house. Never shop here

Great store. Bought my Elfa system here and random other stuff. Service is always good and friendly. Plus it’s the only one in the city so what are you gonna do even if they weren’t good?

This is a full size store and had everything I needed. It’s downtown so hectic area and parking is tough. There is an easy to get in and out parking garage on Mission St between 4th and 5th that I always park at when I’m shopping in this area. I wish the employees were a bit more helpful, I must have looked like a lost puppy and there were probably four chatting next to me at some point and no one offered to help. Eventually I went up to someone else and asked for help and she was great. Four stars for lack of customer service and madness of area granted I’m very grateful we have a big box store like this in the city! I got large clear bins that fit nearly perfect in the space below my bed. A lot more work to get to than slide under bed storage but I really wanted to utilize the space particularly with long term storage items so I was ecstatic that they had these perfect sized bins!
