RUDE and unaccommodating. The day before my passport appointment I get a call at the very end of the day saying I need to run out and get my picture taken somewhere else. I then say I can't because I was busy. The person on the line says "well there is nothing we can do to accomodate you." So, I then ask if I change my appointment to just the application without picture services and he says: "No you will have to reschedule a new appointment." Very rudely and pointed I may add. With scheduling being few far and between, and the passport process being timely, you would think they would have a back up camera, or be able to schedule an appointment without the picture services. Let alone be apologetic and kind. This guy was straight up rude and disrespectful. So now I have to reschedule and wait a long time all over again. I will NOT be going to this office. I see why it has very low reviews.

Was unable to deliver my package due to size/weight from Amazon in their small mail van, but delivered next day via re-deliver request all the way down stairs to door even though in instructions I wrote to just leave behind gate. Impressed they handled a large package well considering they are mainly set up for mail albeit one day later after re-deliver request. Mail carrier was friendly as well.

The negative reviews are nuts. This PO has been has been quite uncrowded and fast every time I go in there, pandemic not withstanding. There are many clerks, all of them that I've seen very efficient and helpful. It has actually been quite inspirational to me through it all. Be thankful, folks, you're lucky.

Yes. See photos!
They will not wrap it for you. I suggest you get your own box (maybe from some store that sells guitars?) and wrap it, ready to ship. Best wishes.
There is a kiosk inside.
