Located at Eastridge Mall. Enter at Area A. Not busy. Passport services available. P.O. boxes available. Friendly and serviceable.

I've never had any issues with this location and I've been going there for more than 10 years. Staff has always be kind and helpful. Lines for counter service can be long at times but depends on time of day or day of the week. Some days there are no lines, others there's like 6 people and it feels like it doesn't move. Can't blame the staff for that. The passport queue can be crazy. Always a line or huge group before opening. Go early if you need passport services. Otherwise, great location.

I would give this post office 0 stars if possible. I have had great experiences at other places, but this post office is by far the worst in customer service. I came to open a PO Box but did not have a non photo ID (lease, mortgage, insurance, etc.) because I am still young. On the website, it says that I can also provide an “additional acceptable primary form of identification as your acceptable secondary form of identification”. Therefore, I brought my DL and my Passport. They still refused me, despite what the website of the official USPS clearly states. In additional to this, the two clerks were rude and refused to follow the website’s information. Not only do the clerks here need training on customer service, they need to be trained on the knowledge of opening a PO Box. They are clearly lacking everything.

Went here to renew my daughter's passport. After looking at the reviews I expected the worst but it was much better than I expected. I went in on a Tuesday morning at 6:00 AM to wait in line. At the same time 2 other folks arrived so I was 3rd in line. No one else arrived till about 7:15 or so. The door should get unlocked at 7 but security was a bit lazy and we got inside the mall about 7:20 or so. There were about 6 in the line by about 8:30 and about 10 -12 in the line when they opened at 10 AM. The first 2 people took about 10 min each. My daughter's took 5 min as we had everything ready. Fill out the forms online and make sure you know the requirements. There is a guy in the mall who offers to check your forms for you. He also does photo copies and photographs for a fee. He is not part of the post office but offers other services for a fee. I wasted 4 hours in line (doing work on my laptop) and could have come in much later but I didn't want to risk it as she was leaving the next day. The weekend is horrible so if you can make it during the week, try Tues through Thurs. Maybe come in and wait before it opens if you want to make sure that you get a spot in the line and assume that your whole morning is gone. It should only be better that way.

Hi. Do you guys take pictures for passports? Or we take them? Thanks

I believe that the post office can take your picture as a service (additional charge) and there is also a kiosk in the mall that offers that service as well. But if you already have passport size photos you can use them instead.

Do I have to make an appointment for a passport replacement?

Yes. They rarely can accept walk-ins.

(assuming passport appointment) Show up early to add yourself to list. On weekends there is a long queue. Only take 40 people.
