Would give a zero if i could - waited almost 30 Minutes in drive through line and then not one word was spoken to us at the window- no sorry, not thank you, not ONE SINGLE WORD. Worst customer service ever.

Great food just never pull up from the drive thru box. They are faulty and have long waits. If you think that it is broken and pull forward they will have you go all the way back around to the end of the line.they forget to turn off their mic which makes you think that the intercom is broken. Employees will become confrontational with you and refuse to hand you your order unless you go back around.

Food was disgusting and completely wrong from what I said I wanted and All you can smell around the place is either weed or skunk not impressed won't be back and do not recommend

Showed up while their delivery truck was there. It blocked the entire lot. You could not drive around it and had to turn around and exit from the entrance. Also when I went inside to order they said they were out of burgers and I could wait 5 min till they would be ready. 50 mins later they had my order ready. The big order was all correct and was cooked perfectly. The whole staff was very nice the whole time I was waiting apologizing and saying it should be ready any time now and since I had nowhere to be I waited. The food was good the employees were nice. Hopefully my waiting was just an isolated incident and this location does not have wait times of 45+ minutes everytime like Penn Hills Rodi Road. location
