Before I even got on the premises, there was a very professional gentleman that greeted me. I was looking for video footage of an accident that occurred in front of their location. He was pleasant, accommodating and delightful to speak with. I would refer business here in a heartbeat.

Probably the worst customer service on the face of the planet...McDonalds has better ratings and that's disgraceful! Update your business hours, and be polite with people.

The Family Dollar at 541 Smith St, Providence, RI has a contract with this towing company to tow any unfamiliar cars out of this lot after the store closes at 10pm. Seeing no signs in this lot forbidding nighttime parking and seeing other cars parked in the lot (the ones whitelisted to be there, not that I knew that), I parked in this lot at 10:30pm. I returned at 12:30am to find I had been towed. I called the towing company, who initially told me that I could not get my car back into 7:30am. When I complained that I could not return home until I got my car back, he said I could try waiting at their lot a mile away and see if a driver pulled up, adding "we don't have to do this for you." The tow lot is located right across from a club in Providence where multiple shootings have been known to happen. A lot of drunken people yelled inane stuff at me until the driver came a bit before 2am. I had to pay the $134 fee to get my car back, and apparently they took cash only, so he had to drive me to the nearest ATM. The passenger side seatbelt of his truck did not fasten, so I sat there holding in the seatbelt in as we made our way to the ATM. This driver, at least, was very friendly. He regaled me with the tale about how one night at the lot, gunshots were fired near him from the club. His bosses had called him to tell him about how they had slowed down their security feed to watch the bullets whizz by his head, and rebuked him for not taking cover. It seems the area of this lot is as unsafe for their workers as it was for me. The driver also agreed about the issue of there being no signage on that lot, saying he had made the comments before and that around 3 other people had this issue in recent memory. He said he was going to push to change that, and suggested that I contact his boss to ask for reimbursement. When I called his boss the next day, they rejected my request
