Friendly, thorough and kind! Took off a star for 45 minute wait for scheduled appointment. Was super happy they could fit us in though. No one else in area taking on new pets.

We took our sweet Lilly to Morgan Vet. about a month in a half ago. Our lil Lilly thinks she needs to eat everything, she had got a hold of chicken grit. Sadly, she got very sick from it. Dr. Karl and his team were absolutely amazing with our sweet Lilly!! Him and his team never gave up on her! Dr. Karl and his team was always kind and loving to her and us as well!! She went home after a week stay, we got 3 more amazing weeks with her!! She was ready to be with her pack and had passed on. Very blessed and thankful for Dr. Karl & his teams hard work!! You guys rock!!!

I wish zero stars was an option. I don't typically leave reviews but feel it's warranted in this case. Our family dog of 12 years fell unexpectedly and acutely ill on Sunday morning. I contacted our regular vet and was told that Springfield was the closest option for care (completely unrealistic). Then I phoned the Emergency line for Morgan Veterinary Hospital (which ironically states that the people at this practice "believe that no animal should be in pain") and left a message regarding our situation and then followed the instructions and called again when I did not receive a timely response. Please bear in mind that in order to even reach Dr. Jernstedt's line to leave a message, you have to agree to pay the $250- $400 just to get in the door, knowing that any services rendered would be additional charges of course. Hours passed and unfortunately, so did our dog in complete misery and distress right before our eyes. It's now OVER a day and a half later and I STILL haven't heard a thing. We weren't looking for a miracle to save our dog but being able to allow her to pass without extraordinary suffering seemed like the right thing to do and sure would've been less traumatic for my kids who had to watch the entire ordeal. Even a call back to say, "Sorry, we're unavailable" would've been reasonable.

Visiting beautiful Coos Bay and our 10 month old English Bulldog appeared to have an injury to his eye. Dr Mary Maddox and her excellent team saw him quickly, provided a thorough evaluation and an detailed treatment plan. All at very affordable pricing in relation to where we live. They are terrific!
