I purchased tires from Walmart in Coos Bay and the service and staff were amazing however I had them rotated at the Walmart auto center in Marana Az. On my way back to Oregon. My left driver side wheel came loose in L.A. and sent my car back and forth in heavy traffic almost wrecking several times. I was towed to the nearest shop and had three broken studs and lug nuts repaired, however the was other damage. I made it home and called and informed the auto care center what happened and I got excuses and denials that it was possible for them to be at fault. After a month of persistence and calling over and over I finally get a call from their claims person admitting they were at fault after reviewing a video. The sent a third party insurance inspector which gave them a very low and incomplete estimate. They called me back from the claims department and said what they would pay. After waiting over a month without a car I agreed and the amount he sent was less than we agreed upon and was approximately $900.00 less than the actual cost was just for the mechanical repairs not counting cosmetic damage. I have called him numerous times and he has never responded. So frustrating and I seriously expected more from a Corporation such as WALMART. This makes it hard for my family to ever shop at Walmart again.

Always understaff and closing before 7 with the excuse that they are understaff. Don’t waste your time and just take your car and money somewhere else.

Not very friendly or helpful but were able to set me an appt and hold a set of instock tires til my appt time days later - never answered phone all day and don't greet u when you approach

I had a ton of work I needed done on my car and was willing to spend a few thousand dollars to get it all done at once here but I literally could not get a single person at this auto center on the phone. I called all morning and even called through the regular store and asked for a manager to get someone for me and they still did not answer. I couldn’t even get a voicemail box to leave a message after an hour of trying to talk to someone. So unprofessional and infuriating that I would rather drive to Eugene to get my car looked at then EVER go here.
