Can I give this a minus star? The camp host was really rude!!! Holy cow, not nice. Super strong sewer smell in the office. One shower for the whole park. The drain was slow in the women's so you had to stand on tiptoes to try and get redressed, men's shower was crumbling. The wind never stopped blowing. Needed an app to use the bathroom, my husband's worked great (apple) mine had to be reloaded 3 times each time and still struggled (android) the town was amazing, employees at the grocery and everywhere else we went Soo friendly.

So our email confirmation didn’t tell us that we had to download an app to use the bathrooms or laundry. The email confirmation also did not give us the app to download or any relevant info to help us use any of the facilities. The office is closed and the # provided and emergency # provided didn’t yield any results. I found out from another guest that I had to have an app. I read and reread our confirmation email and it does not give any info on an app. I paid $84 to not even be able to use their restroom. I’ve never experienced such horrible service. The guest that told me I needed an app also told me they had to wait for hours to even get a response from the office about using their facilities! I do not recommend this place. Nice place but horrible service!! The worst so far along the coast!

How much is the rent for the spot

Kim Tate | Aug 21, 2018
Jene' Malcomson | Aug 21, 2019

IF you're asking about monthly, it's quite difficult to get the "monthly rate", their reason-- "only so many spots available". HOWEVER, they will happily accept you for a month &/or beyond at their "weekly rate"which (at least during peak) is right at $1200/month. Cost us $578 for 2 weeks, then, day before we left, found out their "week" is 6 (SIX!) days, so had to pay for 2 add'l nights at $44.55 per night! No cable: wifi costs $14.99/week; no enclosed pet area--they have 3 SMALL designated "Potty Spots" but dogs cannot be off-leash; they're located adjacent to the "Coos Slough" which stinks beyond-beyond, especially at low tide; and abandoned railroad tracks with some rusting freight cars that attract homeless/transients.
