Customer service was top notch. Room wad very spacious and comfortable. Full kitchen with dishes and cookware provided. Very reasonably priced.

The room was nice. Had a full kitchen and comfortable bed. The pool was nice and we had it to ourselves. The staff was very polite as well. What I didn’t like was that the AC stopped working in the middle of the night. There was also a mentally handicapped boy who would not leave us alone and called 911 daily. There should have been a warning or maybe his parents should have watched him better because he was aggravating.

Yes they do, have to make an appointment over the phone. Expect to spend between 15-30 minutes for walkthrough.

I know they do have different prices for there monthly rent than if you were to just rent for a night or week, they are really not bad price for the area cheeper than renting an apartment, because all the utilities are included and the do have maid service also. The room we had was a loft with a separate bedroom and 2 bathrooms it was very spacious our two younger kids slept on the pull out couch we had the loft and our son and mother in law took the other bedroom plus our daughters pack in play, and our dog and still had room, we stayed for two weeks well worth the money.
Hi Andrew, Our pet policy is one dog if under 35 pounds and a non- aggressive breed. We also allow up to two cats. The pet fee is $10.00 per night or $25-$35 per month. Thanks for inquiring. -The Residences At Daniel Webster
