I had 3 interactions with DCU in the same day while working on buying a new vehicle. Not only were the interest rate and the security measures top notch, but all 3 service reps were extremely personable, professional and genuinely interested in what I was doing. They were all so down to earth and not reading from a script; I appreciated that very much.

The Merrimack branch is the only drive up teller in the area, and also has a drive up ATM. Obviously any single teller can get backed up due to particular transactions but even on a Saturday I've had reasonably quick service there lately.
Yes but they ask you to make an appointment. If you don't make an appointment, you have to stay outside for a while until they let you in
Its free to use if you're a member, small charge if you are not. 5 bucks im a savings and you are a member so its worth it
