What a horrible experience my husband, our children and I had at the corporate AT&T store in Deland on International Dr. I asked to purchase a SIM card for my sons AT&T Iphone that we wanted to activate. Ariana said No u can’t purchase a SIM card. I said really because I’ve called many AT&T stores and they say you can. She wouldn’t help us wouldn’t call someone to help her to help us. So we left. After a few minutes. My husband went in and told her I have an account thru go phone so can I purchase a SIM card. He purchase it and we left. While we continued our shopping somewhere else I called my husband and he had no service. We went back to see Ariana and she took it upon herself to deactivate his current SIM card without his consent and gave him a replacement. Mind you she’s laughing and smiling at us as if this is all a joke to her. (Look at the surveillance cameras) First off u can’t deactivate someone’s SIM card that fraud. She called her manager and she wasn’t no help she escalated the situation and told Ariana to escort us out. Mind u I have my children there she called the cops however Ariana never told us to leave. I was there to resolve the problem and I was on the phone with go phone who told me I was able to purchase a SIM card from them. John from AT&T Go Phone was on the phone the entire time he heard everything and it’s all recorded. John helped out to activate my husbands phone and apologized profusely for what happened. Ariana discriminated on us as soon as we walked thru the door. Her condescending attitude and customer service was a disgrace, disgusting to treat customers that way. I’m am so mortified by her and her managers actions. However, The AT&T store on woodland by Starbucks resolved all of our problems. Alliyah greeted me and I explained to her that I need to purchase a SIM card to activate my sons phone. She was a little unsure how to do the process so she called her manager Jose who helped her out. Alliyah was pleasant, courteous and attentive. Because of how Alliyah treated us we will stick with AT&T. I would like to be contacted about this situation because no one should be treated this way. The pic is Ariana calling the cops on us with a smile, shameful. This is how the youth treats us with no respect.
