Was on a waiting list for 3 years to get in here. Called every few months for an update on my place in line. Now they say that I don’t qualify and they are taking my name off the list. Even though I was already prequalified to be put on the list.

The only reason this place looks nice is that its only a year old. Its poorly managed, and poorly maintained. The dumpsters are constantly overflowing and are downright disgusting on holidays, and this pet free community has dog poop of every size shape and color in the grassy areas. The "play ground" is an unsafe piece of a crappy modern art someone said was ok for toddlers to play on. To top off all that, the manager will violate your privacy and go through your trash to find your mail the day after christmas when their unmaintained trash facility are overflowing and give you a lease violation if your trash happens to end up on the ground.

They take applications for the wait list last Thursday of each month. I suggest requesting to be on both Oakcrest terrace and heights wait list. They now have two complexes, btw. Depending on your total income is the wait list you get on. If you have questions, call the office at terrace. I suggest coming by. Much easier to get questions answered one on one. *Signed a Heights resident*
