I was just there and the lady at the desk said 2010 or newer you (park owner ) just stated 2006 mine is 2008 and looks newer than anything you have in the park and I was turned away (sad)

For our long term sites the RV needs to be 2006 or newer. Our current long term rate starts at $450 plus electric. Our current nightly rate is $40 plus tax and our current weekly (7 days) rate is $240 plus tax. There is not a RV age restriction on the nightly and weekly stays. All rates are for up to two people.

They may take your RV, but they need to see it. Very few long-term (as in "monthly rate") sites are available; but they will happily take you at the"weekly rate" with no inspection for basically as long as you wish to stay! $278 per 6-Day (NOT 7!) Week. WiFi is free for ONE DAY and $14.99 per week after that. NO CABLE, either.
