The absolute hands down best car buying experience we have ever had. We drove up from Brookings to hopefully buy a truck Every single employee we came into contact with was genuinely nice and happy. The sweet gal opening the doors for you to the best coffee at the cafe served with a side of smiles . Our salesman Andy was very relaxed and put us at ease. We traded in our very used loved Rav and they gave us a fair trade in for it. Andy offered to walk us thru the electronics on the truck and hook up our phones to it. Amanda in financing worked hard at getting us the best finance rate. She was so sweet and got us an amazing low rate! It was like they were working for us not for the dealership. My husband and I have owned Toyotas for the past twenty-five years. We’ve had these vehicles serviced in PA, NJ, SD and DE. Recently, we moved to Bandon, Oregon and had our Toyota serviced at Coos Bay. The staff at Coos Bay were courteous and pleasant at first greeting. We dealt with one staff member, in particular, Cesar Castro-Roman. We’ve dealt with many service people in our time and would be hard pressed to find any better than Cesar. He was professional, courteous, and, in our minds, epitomized the kind of person we would want to represent our company. He went above and beyond to make sure our needs, as customers, were met and did so, in the most pleasant and thorough manner! We were very satisfied with the service performed on our Toyota Highlander. Would highly recommend Coos Bay Toyota for any car needs. Best service received at an auto dealership!! Your Toyota Smart Key has a traditional metal key housed inside of it in case the key fob battery ever dies. All you need to do is push the button on the side or bottom of your key fob to gain access to the metal key at the bottom of the fob. It slides out from the inside of the key fob. Then, unlock your doors in the traditional manner.

It It gets every 3to 5 months oil change w in the last yr only had the car for 2 half yrs. Miles yikes ??158121 Interior good shape grey. Good radio ,console folds out big trunk has had a tuneup 3 ,4 months ago air conditioner needs help tires are very well good 1 yr old. The car is a light metelic gray

Barbara, appologies for not seeing this ages ago. Can see in our records that we got you tires. For future reference. We typically have tires on sale 2x anually. We never know ahead of time when it will be.
Hours during the summer are Monday through Saturday 10-6 and once daylight savings hits for winter is is 10 til 4. Sometimes it is open earlier
