The staff was courteous but incompetent.in the last month I have bought three phone's and none of them worked when I got home.i traded the first one for a lesser model because they couldn't give me the same model for what ever reason.thes second one there was an issue with the SIM card I went back to the store and they Said that they couldn't give me a new one.so I bought another phone this time an I phone they couldn't activate it at the store, told me to turn it off and back on after 8pm at home which I did but that didn't work so I called the tech person and it was determined that the SIM card was invalid. I am now waiting for a new one.so far I have been 4 weeks with out a working phone, and I have a new moto e phone that I couldn't use for a trade in and can't make calls from at my house.needless too say I am extremely unhappy with the quality of service from the coosbay store. If it wasn't for the TV service you have I would replace your phone service for just about any other phone service. I will be glad to tell anyone who askes how lousy my experience has been.

A 5 star review for a cable company? Yes. But only at this location. The Medford location is a nightmare. Got there right at 10am on a Monday. Was helped right away by Brandy. Set up my new service, got the equipment, chit chatted a little bit about the area and was out the door in about 15min. I set aside 2 hours expecting a wait and an ordeal of trying to sell me services I didn't need or want.
